Random thoughts

My friends and I have already talked so much about skiing this winter that we may start to have physical withdrawals if we don’t go on a ski trip soon. But then we all hit a harsh realization… we needed skis. So I embarked on a journey to find the best skis on my budget and to be quite honest it was absolutely brutal. The end result is that I now have a huge amount of knowledge I didn’t have a day ago. As I was searching I was finding out what brands were good, what a good price on skis was, and what kind of skis I’d need for my location. Then at just about 1 am I’m thinking wow…. I just collected a lot of junk and that this is research at its best. You don’t even realize you are researching because you are so engrossed in what you are doing. The best and most thorough research is done, not out of necessity, but out of passion and I now realize that. 

I am now down to 2 pairs of skis and I honestly cannot decide which ones to get. So if any of you guys are skiers could you give me a hand. Or if not just give me a shout out on which one looks cooler.
